In this project, the Micro CDS / ISIS program was supported from the United Nations Educational and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). A standardized cataloging mechanism, called MOATE-MARC (Ministry of Science Technology and Energy MARC) was also developed to store and exchange information between each library system. And can share information under the same standard. The database was available for 18 network members through the internet network. The information dissemination and access science and technology information technique were also providing for people in rural areas in order to increase the community income.
